Цього разу оголошено DEFCON 4 саме через посилення їх активності в Україні.
This is the DEFCON Warning System. Alert status for 6:25 P.M., Sunday, June 12th, 2016.
Unlike the last times Russia has moved in Ukraine, this time NATO is worried. Not just worried. They’re nervous. And I am being conservative when I say that.
This is why we’ve seen an unprecedented build-up of forces on NATO’s side since the Cold War.
This build up serves two purposes. 1) To warn Russia not to move too close to NATO countries. And 2), to reassure NATO countries that NATO is still there. #2 is especially important given the last six years or so under an incredibly weak United States.
