Війна за крісло глави ПриватБанку
Глава Національного Банку Кирило Шевченко почав атаку на конкурс із відбору нового очільника ПриватБанку за допомогою підконтрольних йому медіаактивів.
Для цього він атакував Наглядову раду ПриватБанку та обплював старого СЕО ПриватБанку Петра Крумханзла.
Робить Шевченко це в інтересах Коломойського, який піде на будь-який союз із тим, хто буде тримати в руках кермо від ПриватБанку. «Проста» для Коломойського людина на чолі Привату може зробити багато чого. Наприклад, розірвати контракт із британськими юристами, які судяться проти Коломойського у Лондоні або ж тупо їм не заплатити. Не надавати інформацію Високому суду Лондона під формальним приводом. Просто сказати, що не зацікавлені більше в позовній заяві. Дати довідку для ФБР, що ПриватБанк не має претензій до старого менеджменту, а кошти, якими оперував Коломойський, мали законне походження. Підіграти Бєні можна як завгодно.
Зрозуміло, що Коломойський не може вести війну за крісло глави Привату прямо та своїми силами. Будь-якого кандидата від Коломойського зіб’ють на підльоті. Тому Коломойський домовився з Шевченком, що захоплення ПриватБанку для нього Шевченко забезпечить своїми силами, своїм медіапулом і зі своїми кандидатами. А потім уже відбудеться розрахунок.
Причому глава НБУ Шевченко вже контролює Укргазбанк (він був там очільником і потім поставив на посаду свою людину), Укрексімбанк (глава Мецгер його друг), підбирається до Ощадбанку (його підлеглий Хелемський намагався стати главою Ощадбанку максимально незаконно) і хоче собі ПриватБанк.
У чому ж схема? Далі вся інфа йде з посиланням на людей Шевченка, тобто я оперую тільки тими даними, які злив сам Шевченко у статті Фінклаба. Це, як ви зрозуміли, сайт про банки та фінанси.
Наглядова рада Привату вирішила провести закритий конкурс на главу ПриватБанку, щоби підлеглі Шевченка з Укргазбанку і просто його союзники не змогли податися на конкурс і влаштувати там дічь (як було з Ощадом).
Замість відкритого конкурсу, судячи з усього, Наглядова рада ПриватБанку найняла ейчар-контору, яка не має навіть офісу в Україні і, відповідно, не має зв’язків із Коломойським. Саме контора видасть шорт-лист кандидатів. І всі кандидати Шевченка/Коломойського не зможуть користуватися українськими судами для маніпуляції конкурсом, адже в них не буде нормального заявника. Та й з тиском від правоохоронних органів теж буде непросто — нова людина, без української передісторії.
Як результат, план Шевченка напхати в кандидати своїх людей пішов коту під хвіст. Ейчар-контора запропонує купу кандидатів, крім людей Шевченка. І Наглядова рада обиратиме з незалежних кандидатів. Коломойський піде нахрін із великою ймовірністю. А сам Шевченко не отримає ні Привату, ні можливості «продати» його Коломойському.
Зрозумівши, що його кинули на повороті, Шевченко зарядив свій медіапул на мочилово конкурсу та Наглядової ради ПриватБанку. Контору з найму персоналу звинуватили у тому, що в неї є офіс у Москві, а Наглядову раду ПриватБанку звинуватили в тому, що колишній глава Ощадбанку Андрій Пишний не зміг подати документи на конкурс (його прямо в тексті Фінклаба НЕ титрують, але всім зрозуміло, про кого йдеться). Усім зрозуміло, що це маячня — глава Наглядової ради ПриватБанку Шерон Іскі, консультант МВФ і Казначейства США, набагато краще розбирається в протидії Росії, ніж Кирило Шевченко, який отримав голоси від ОПЗЖ при призначенні його главою Нацбанку.
Медіапул Шевченка — це Руслан Чорний, співвласник і головний редактор Фінклаба, де й зібрали оригінальний матеріал, цілком побудований на інсайдах (від самого Шевченка, для якого конкурс прозорий, адже він глава банківського регулятора).
Дружина Руслана Чорного Галина Калачова — колишній журналіст Економічної Правди, яка передрукувала статтю Фінклаба, та нинішній глава пресслужби Нацбанку, підпорядкована Шевченку. Її призначення було одним із перших після зміни влади в Нацбанку.
Далі, я так розумію, трохи досиплять джинси й підуть розміщення на англомовних треш-сайтах та Інтерфаксі. Ну, як завжди, у Кирила Євгеновича й буває. І тепер ще, я думаю, нарешті прикупляють блогерів, якихось патріотичненьких. Цікаво, хто візьметься.
Моя позиція проста. Будь-яка людина з українським паспортом і одночасно досвідом роботи (обов’язкова вимога) у банківській сфері є потенційно вразливою для Коломойського та його рук. Суди, ДБР, СБУ, компромат і багато іншого. Я хотів би бачити на чолі ПриватБанку чисту людину з паспортом країни, де правоохоронні органи відривають яйця за корупцію. Автодорівського Новака он НАБУ змогло тільки в Польщі посадити — за допомогою польської прокуратури й польських судів, тому що він громадянин Польщі. А громадян України в нас посадити ніяк не виходить, бо правосуддя Вовче, і глава ГПУ в нас Венедиктова, яка серійно відмазує Татарова від усього. Так що я не хочу бачити на чолі Привату людину, вразливу для Коломойського.
Але у Кирила Євгеновича та його шісток інша думка.
Що ж, це буде хороша битва.

The National Bank Governor Kyrylo Shevchenko launched an attack on the competition for selecting a new chairman of Privatbank with the help of the media that is under his control. This way, he attacked the Supervisory Board of Privatbank and badmouthed the former Privatbank CEO Petr Krumkhanzl.
Shevchenko does this in the interests of Kolomoisky, who will agree to any kind of alliance with a person controlling Privatbank. “A yes-man” at the board of Privatbank can do a lot for Kolomoisky. He can break the contract with British lawyers or simply never pay them money. He can refrain from providing information to the London High Court on a formal pretext. He can even simply announce that they are no longer interested in the statements of claim. He can also provide the FBI with a document that Privatbank has no claims against the previous management and that Kolomoisky used the funds solely of a legal origin. Well, in short—whatever he likes.
It is clear that Kolomoisky cannot openly wage war for the chair of Privatbank. Any candidate from Kolomoisky will be shot down on the way. Therefore, Kolomoisky has agreed with Shevchenko that Shevchenko would seize Privatbank for Kolomoisky by his own forces of controlled media and his candidates. And later, they will settle with each other.
Moreover, the NBU Governor Shevchenko already controls Ukrgasbank (he was the chairman there and placed his man in this position later), Ukreximbank (the chairman of the bank Ievgen Metsger is his friend), he is also trying to get Oschadbank (his subordinate Gennady Khelemsky tried to become the chairman of Oschadbank in an absolutely lawless way), and now, he wants to get Privatbank as well.
So, what’s the point? All the information below goes with reference to Shevchenko’s people — I use only the data that Shevchenko himself leaked to Finclub.
The Supervisory Board of Privatbank decided to choose the chairman of Privatbank in a closed competition so that Shevchenko’s subordinates from Ukrgasbank and other his associates could not apply to the competition and cause mayhem there (as it happened with Oschadbank).
Instead of an open competition, apparently, the Supervisory Board of Privatbank hired an HR-office that does not even have an office in Ukraine and, therefore, cannot be associated with Kolomoisky. It is the office that will submit a shortlist of candidates. And all candidates of Shevchenko/Kolomoisky will not be able to use any Ukrainian court to manipulate the competition since they will not have a proper applicant. At the same time, it won’t be easy with the pressure from law enforcement agencies, since it is a new person with no Ukrainian background.
As a result, Shevchenko’s plan to fill the competition with his own people as candidates completely failed. The HR-office will offer a bunch of candidates without anyone from the list of Shevchenko’s people. So, the Supervisory Board will choose from a list of independent candidates. Kolomoisky will highly likely fuck off. And Shevchenko will not receive either Privatbank or an opportunity to “sell” it to Kolomoisky.
When Shevchenko realized that he was not in the game anymore, he turned on all his media to attack the competition and the Supervisory Board of Privatbank. The recruiting office was accused of having an office in Moscow, and the Supervisory Board of Privatbank was accused of the fact that the former Chairman of Oschadbank’s Board Andriy Pyshny could not submit documents for the competition (his name is not mentioned in Finclub article, yet it is clear for everyone that it was about him). Everyone understands that these are delusional accusations—the Head of PrivatBank Supervisory Board Sharon Easky, a consultant to the IMF and the US Treasury, has a much better grasp of countering Russia than Kyrylo Shevchenko who was appointed the National Bank Governor thanks to the votes from pro-Russian political party Opposition Platform—For Life.
The media controlled by Shevchenko is Ruslan Cherny, the co-owner and editor-in-chief of Finclub, a platform that published the original article written completely on insider information (provided by Shevchenko as the competition is transparent for him since he is the head of the banking regulator).
Ruslan Cherny’s wife Halyna Kalacheva is a former journalist of Economischna Pravda (the screenshot for the post was taken from EP) and the current head of the press service of the National Bank, i.e., Shevchenko’s subordinate. Her appointment was one of the first after the change of power in the National Bank.
As far as I understand it, further, there will be black PR on English-language trash sites and Interfax. Well, as it usually happens with Kyrylo Yevhenovych. And now, I think, they will also buy some bloggers, someone patriotic. I wonder who it will be.
I have a simple position. Anyone who has a Ukrainian passport and, at the same time, work experience in the banking sector (mandatory requirement) is potentially vulnerable to Kolomoisky and his hands. Courts, DBR, SBU, compromising evidence, and much more. I would like to see the head of Privatbank be an honest law-obedient person with a passport of a country where law enforcement agencies chop the balls off for corruption. For example, NABU managed to put in jail Sławomir Nowak from Ukravtodor only in Poland — with the help of the Polish prosecutor’s office and Polish courts, because Nowak is a Polish citizen. And the citizens of Ukraine cannot be imprisoned in our country as long as there are judiciary officials like Pavlo Vovk in courts and Iryna Venediktova in GPU who keeps on covering up Oleg Tatarov and his associates for everything. So, I don’t want to see a person vulnerable to Kolomoisky at the head of Privatbank.
But Kyrylo Yevhenovych and his associates have a different opinion.
Well, it is going to be a good fight.
